Project Pack help
Contact support for a payment issue, missing download, damaged ZIP, or duplicate charge. Include only the purchase date, amount, currency, and a non-sensitive Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Never send passwords, card numbers, access tokens, API keys, private repositories, or session cookies.
Session and support boundary
The Project Pack includes one complimentary coding session by appointment. It does not include additional coaching, custom code review, debugging an employer or production system, legal advice, tax advice, or emergency support. Use a minimal synthetic reproduction when asking a technical question.
Accessibility and privacy requests
For an accessible-format request, privacy question, or factual security report, email support@buildtoolsship.com. Do not include sensitive evidence in the first message.
Not emergency support
API Camp is not a security incident response, legal, medical, crisis, or emergency service. Contact the appropriate provider or local service for urgent matters.
