Refund policy
Project Pack purchase and delivery.
This policy applies to the one-time API Camp Portfolio Starter Project Pack digital download and its one complimentary coding session by appointment. It does not apply to a cohort, custom review, subscription, or additional coaching because those are not included with this product.
Delivery issues and duplicate charges
If a paid checkout does not release the ZIP, a file is materially damaged, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support@buildtoolsship.com with the payment date, amount, currency, and a non-sensitive Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card details. We will first attempt secure redelivery and investigate duplicate-payment requests.
Refunds and legal rights
Refund requests are assessed for duplicate charges, confirmed delivery failure, and rights required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Taxes and refund outcomes depend on the applicable transaction and payment processor record.
Before purchase
Review the Project Pack description, technical requirements, terms, privacy notice, and support boundary before paying. The pack is a digital learning and portfolio resource with one complimentary coding session by appointment; it does not include additional coaching, custom code review, or access to production systems.
